Shipping policy

Please note: Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, certain orders shipped from overseas (including China) may incur additional import duties or tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Crafty Golf does not offer local pick up.

Crafty Golf has warehouses and fulfilment locations in Australia and China.

Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping when you spend $75 or more.

Standard Shipping of $7.99 when you spend less than $75.

 

Delivery Timeframes: 

Items warehoused in Australia, typically arrive in 3-5 Business Days to Australian addresses.

Items warehoused in China typically arrive in 7-21 Days to Australian addresses.

At the bottom of each product description, we provide an Estimated Delivery Timeframe for all products as these can vary by size and weight.

Once your order has landed in Australia, Australia Parcel Post will handle final delivery and you will be provided with tracking by them.

 

Split Deliveries:

As you may have items selected from different warehouses, we will ship from the most logistically appropriate warehouse. This helps us bring you the best pricing and helps us get you those products with the shortest shipping time to your door more quickly rather than waiting for all items to be processed and ready for shipping.

 

Order Delays:

Sometimes things outside of our control can cause delays. This can include but is not limited too: Public Holidays, Extreme Weather, Industrial Action, Busier Retail periods such as Black Friday or Boxing Day Sales.

Please utilise your tracking codes to keep an eye on the parcel.

 

Orders that are Damaged or Inaccurate:

On the occasion that you received your package successfully, but it was damaged or the wrong things were delivered? Kindly contact us at info@craftygolf.store with your order number, take pictures of the issue, and provide a concise description of what's wrong and we will assist you with your concerns.
