A: Our head office is in Sydney, Australia. We have warehousing and fulfilment centres in Australia, USA and China.

We only sell online via this website, and our head office holds no stock and is not a showroom.

 

Q: Where does Crafty Golf ship from?

A: We have warehousing in Australia, USA and China so different products are located in and ship from different locations. On occasion, these shipping locations can vary based on stock levels and global demand.

 

Q: Will I receive all items in my order at the same time?

A: Not always. As you may have items selected from different warehouses, we will ship from the most logistically appropriate warehouse. This helps us bring you the best pricing.

 

Q: Is Delivery Free?

A: If you spend $75 or more, then we offer free delivery - even if it means your shipment is split into multiple deliveries.

If you spend less than $75, we charge $7.99 for delivery.

 

Q: How long will delivery take?

 

A: Items warehoused in Australia, typically arrive in 3-5 Business Days to Australian addresses.

Items warehoused in the USA or China typically arrive in 7-21 Days to Australian addresses.

At the bottom of each product description, we provide an Estimated Delivery Timeframe for all products, as these can vary by size and weight.

Once your order has landed in Australia, Australia Parcel Post will handle final delivery and you will be provided with tracking by them.
